Matthew Bittel joined Adler Realty Services, the property management, sales and leasing division of Adler Group, as a leasing associate in 2006. He oversees a portfolio of more than 1 million square feet of office, flex, industrial and retail space and is responsible for both landlord and tenant representation. Since 2006, Bittel has closed more than 750,000 square feet of lease transactions with an aggregate lease value in excess of $84.4 million. Furthermore, Bittel assists clients with lease negotiations, space evaluation, surveying available property and lease financial analysis.
Bittel became a licensed real estate agent after earning a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Central Florida. He then joined Adler Group, where he oversees leasing and marketing activities for Adler Group’s office and industrial portfolio in Miami-Dade as well as working with other entrepreneurial groups. He also uses his real estate knowledge for market research, brochure and advertisement development, annual lease forecasting and marketing plans.
Bittel is a member of several professional organizations, including the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, Latin Builder’s Association, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, South Florida Office Brokers Association, Industrial Association of Dade County, Beacon Council and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Bittel, a Miami native and graduate of Miami Palmetto High School, also participates in organizations such as The Beacon Council, University of Miami Citizen’s Board, Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Greater Miami Jewish Federation, United Way of Miami-Dade Annual Miami Wine and Food Festival and University of Central Florida Alumni Association. He remains actively involved as a member of the board of directors and as a volunteer on executive committees of several organizations. Bittel is a graduate of Leadership Miami 2006-2007 and is actively pursuing his CCIM designation.
