In November 2017, Barbara Navarro joined Adler and currently serves as their Lease and Contracts Manager.  She brings with her extensive real estate and legal knowledge, working alongside Steve Brownstein in the legal department. Through her contributions, Barbara drafts all necessary legal documents, files the corporate annual reports, conducts background research on tenant prospects and ensures that the entire leasing process is completed efficiently. 

Prior to joining Adler, Barbara gained over 13 years of Paralegal experience whilst working as a legal administrator for Panther Management Services, LLC. She was tasked with extracting lease agreements for a 30-story office building in Downtown Miami and managing operations for an eight-story parking garage. On top of this, she acquired vast property management experience.
