Maribel Figueroa joined the Adler Group in August of 1998 as Administrative/Leasing Assistant after receiving her Associates in Business Administration from Miami Dade Community College. She was responsible to assisting the Property/Assistant Manager in the daily duties of the office. Also, worked side-by-side with the Leasing Director in completing lease agreement, extensions and ensuring the complete packages were sent to Landlord for signature. She adheres to tenant work order request and made sure that the maintenance staff completed them in a timely matter. Also, help out in any area necessary within the office that gave her the opportunity to learn accounting and managerial experience.
In May of 2015, she transfers to the corporate headquarters where she worked closely with the controller and Tina Spano, CFO of Adler Group as a Property Accountant. Her daily task consisted of completing the monthly financials for several South Florida properties and development. In June 2017, she was relocated back to the Doral properties and promoted to Assistant Property Manager where she assistant Van Antle, VP of Operations with his daily duties in the office. In 2022, she was promoted to Property Manager where she continues with her daily task and interacting with tenants and vendors. Her dedication for customer service combined with her managerial experience brings a great fit to the Adler Group management team.
While away from work, Maribel enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenage kids and extended family, watching sports, camping and traveling.
