Link at Douglas Station Tower 1

Link at Douglas, is a massive, mixed-use development project and joint venture with 13th Floor Investments. Located at the center of a growing urban neighborhood and a few blocks away from the Shops at Merrick Park, Link at Douglas Station will provide unparalleled accessibility to US-1, Douglas Road, the Douglas Station Metrorail, the Miami-Dade bus lines, and the Coral Gables Trolley.

Tower 1 will be a 200,000 SF residential micro-unit tower with 312 units averaging 623 SF per unit. This tower will include 6,000 SF of ground floor retail. Additionally, infrastructure upgrades to access the site through a new traffic circle, and station Improvements will be developed in this phase
