Tim Sterling has over 30 years of experience in the development / construction industry. Most recently, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for AutoBuilders / Quest Contracting, LLC managing preconstruction and construction services for the $100 million national commercial general contractor with offices in West Palm Beach, FL, Dallas, TX and Irvine, CA. Prior to that position, he served as Senior Vice President for Coastal Construction Company where he managed preconstruction operations for the $900 million annual revenue general contractor in Miami, FL. Formerly as Coastal Vice President, he managed five building programs valued in excess of $400 million. At Suffolk, he served as the Vice President of the Commercial and Healthcare divisions responsible for all Miami, Fl operations. He played an instrumental role in the successful placement of over $2 billion worth of commercial work, concentrated mostly in the southeast United States. His duties ranged from strategic business planning, opportunity pursuit strategy, to oversight of preconstruction and construction services.
